Mississippi Ag Commissioner warns of “Mystery Seeds” being mailed to residents from China
The Mississippi Agriculture Commissioner reported today that they have received calls from numerous citizens across the state regarding the unsolicited receipt of seeds from China marked as jewelry.
If you receive a package from China containing seeds please do the following:
1. Do not open the seeds
2. Do not throw them a way.
3. Contact the State Bureau of Plant Industry at 662-325-3390 and they will have someone come to your location and pick the package up.
